Spencer Martin Associates formed over ten years ago, after many years of design and project running experience at Paxton Locher Architects. As well as providing architectural services to clients, Spencer Martin has enjoyed joint ventures in developments to create exceptional properties. Fulbrook Mews was the first development collaboration and has set the standard for future projects, by winning a Housing Design Award in 2004. Spencer Martin Ltd formed in 2011.
